It had been one of those days. Ho-hum woe was me... For the story behind this card, you can read it on my blog: http://berrypinestamping.blogspot.co...ay-cardit.html **Sympathy comments left on my blog would be appreciated. No to be truthful, I'd be delighted if someone could tell me why clicking on some of my pics will cause them to open in their own window so you can see details, and yet other times like for this entry it doesn't work. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
This 3-D flower was inspired by the Raspberry Tart designer paper and I had originally used it to make my March hostess gift. What is it with getting ideas in the shower?
Like I said - it had been one of those days and even though I hadn't planned to - once I was done I wanted too - but I ended up missing the deadline to submit it to the SoShelli monthly challenge by about 30 mins. (You can read about it in the story on my blog) I was bummed, but posted it on SoShelli anyway just to share.
But all things considered, I have my Mother's day card done and I think she'll be happy with it.
The second photo is a close up showing the details of the punched flower image. Isn't it just adorable? You've got to try one! They are putzy but so cool looking.
